Ownership and Equity

The company is fully owned by the legal entity Meirenweg BV doing business as (DBA) Circular Holding. The majority shares are in the hands of the Leemans family, with large equity stakes owned by Mr. Stef Leemans, the CEO of the company.

The equity distribution for the separate plants and its stakes held by the various parties looks as follows in the equity chart organigram below.
